Throughout the GCF Task Force 2019 Annual Meeting, conversations between indigenous and governmental leaders explored ways the two groups can better collaborate to protect forests and the climate. Best practices include: consistent and inclusive dialogue between groups, respecting and investing in existing conservation efforts from indigenous people, and creating change from the “bottom, up.” Read more here!
