Martha Gutierrez Fontes joined the GCF Task Force in 2022. She currently manages the Global Secretariat’s Operations out of the University of Colorado Boulder, Institute of Behavioral Science. Martha has 20+ years of combined experience in the planning, implementation, management, and development of diverse organizations, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporation. She has worked as part of Executive Committees and Leadership Teams, including as Commercial Director in Spain for Telvista, a leading Business Process Outsourcing company. During her time in Telvista, she led geographically dispersed teams and contributed to the company’s exponential growth – from 200 to 7,000+ employees in little over 10 years. 

She holds an International Business degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Mexico, as well as other professional development certificates.
